DESCRIPTION

Made with a base of sandy clay and enriched with native clays from the Ecuadorian Amazon. They were carefully hand-modeled, without the use of a potter's wheel. The finished texture is achieved by applying several layers of clay, sand, and wood ash. *These pieces cannot hold liquids; they are not utilitarian but decorative/sculptural.
